NAPA Auto Parts stores and NAPA Auto Care centers are always looking to add skilled, enthusiastic team members. Keep in mind, most NAPA Auto Parts stores and NAPA Auto Care centers are independently owned and operated, which means they make their own hiring decisions. For this reason, it might be best to contact the manager at your preferred NAPA Auto Parts store or Auto Care center.

Your maximum liability under federal law (The Fair Credit Billing Act) for unauthorized use of your credit card is $50 for purchases made in a store, over the phone or online. As a MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover cardholder, you will NOT be held liable for that $50, as long as you promptly report the loss of your card and have acted responsibly to protect your card information.

Since NAPAonline is available in all 50 states, the servicing NAPA Auto Parts store is required by law to charge sales tax for all purchases. For all NAPAonline purchases picked up at a NAPA Auto Parts store, the sales tax is estimated during checkout based on the pickup store location, but that estimate may not reflect the actual sales tax amount due at the time of pickup. NAPA applies an additional 5% pending charge to all Buy Online, Pick Up In Store purchases to ensure sufficient funds are available in case the sales tax is higher than expected. The additional 5% is temporarily held as part of standard e-commerce practices. After local sales taxes are confirmed, this pending charge will be cancelled or corrected. The final amount charged on your payment card will match the amount listed on your receipt.

NAPA wants to provide you with the most up-to-date product inventory. By entering your ZIP code, and selecting a nearby store, NAPA can offer the most complete product availability. Prices in a store and on NAPAonline may vary.

Track a single NAPAonline order as a guest (without a NAPAonline account) by providing your Order Number and Email Address in the form on www.NAPAOnline.com/trackorder. If the order is successfully found, the order details along with real time order status information will be displayed.

If you have NAPAonline account, sign in by providing your Username and Password in the form on www.NAPAOnline.com/trackorder. Once you are signed in, you can access your Order History, NAPA Rewards and more!

Due to our order fulfillment process, online orders cannot be cancelled before shipping is complete. If your order is in a Picked, Shipped, or Delayed status, we will not be able to create a Return Merchandise Authorization until it has processed to a Delivered or Completed status. For in-store purchases, a message printed at the bottom of the receipt will confirm Points earned on that transaction. If you did not give your mobile phone number to the counterperson at a participating NAPA Auto Parts store, and you are a Rewards Member, locate the 6-16 digit Claim Code printed at the bottom of your receipt. Log into your NAPAonline.com account, and go to the My NAPA Rewards section. Enter the Claim Code into the appropriate field to immediately redeem your Points.

Don't worry. None of your NAPA Rewards, activity or points will be lost. If you changed the phone number that was registered with NAPA Rewards, simply sign into your NAPAonline.com account. In the My NAPA Rewards section, hit Edit to update your phone number under NAPA Rewards Information.

Purchasing online with Afterpay is easy. After adding all the items you want to purchase to your NAPAonline.com shopping cart, select Afterpay as your payment method to check out. First-time customers will need to create an Afterpay account (with instant approval). Returning customers will simply log in to complete their purchase.

Afterpay with NAPA is available for purchases totaling between $1 and $3,000. Note that all items in your online shopping cart must be eligible for Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount may apply, and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify. First, download the Afterpay mobile app. Then, follow the on-screen instructions to set up your Afterpay Card. Finally, use your new Afterpay Card to make a contactless payment (like Apply Pay or Google Pay) when checking out.

You must pay 25% of the shopping cart total at the time of purchase in order to take your purchased items with you. You cannot use Afterpay to buy NAPA gift cards. You will need to make two separate transactions if your order includes both NAPA gift cards and Afterpay eligible products.

By using Afterpay, your purchase will be split into four payments, which are due every two weeks. You must make your first payment at the time of your purchase, with the remaining three payments automatically deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. Note that the length of payments will never go beyond six weeks after the purchase date.

Afterpay will send reminders before an installment is due, so you can ensure your account has enough funds for the automatic withdrawal or charge. If you want to make an installment payment early, you may move up the date for the next payment or use the PAY NOW feature by logging into your Afterpay account. To make changes to your payment card or to adjust your payment schedule, log into the Afterpay portal.

If funds are not available from the payment method registered on your Afterpay account, late fees may apply. Afterpay only ever charges one late fee per installment, and the total amount of late fees charged on an order will never exceed 25% of your initial order value.

If you miss a payment, you will not be permitted to make any further purchases using Afterpay until your balance is corrected. To make an overdue payment, log into your account to click PAY NOW next to your overdue payment in your payment schedule.

Afterpay purchases follow the standard return policy for NAPA. To register a returned item that was purchased with your Afterpay Card, simply open the Afterpay app and navigate to the How It Works section. Follow the instructions to Make An Afterpay Return. Afterpay will then process the appropriate refunds, and notify you when it is complete.

For any partial returns from a multiple-item order, your payment plan will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new order total. If the refund amount is larger than 25% of the total order, Afterpay will eliminate the fourth installment payment, and add the remaining amount to your third payment.
